Professional Profile · 2026
Senior IT Leader who makes technology make sense to the business, and the business make sense to IT.
Most IT leaders come up through the technical ranks and learn to speak business. I came up through the business and creative side first, and that difference shows in how I lead.
Early career work in digital media, marketing, and customer-facing technical support gave me something most IT leaders don't have: the ability to communicate complexity visually and clearly. Today that shows up in executive-ready PowerBI dashboards, presentations that actually land with leadership, and training materials I build and record myself. In a lean org, that matters.
From there I built the IT function from scratch at Princeton Properties, scaled to running the full technology stack for 175 locations across the U.S. and Canada at Taymax Group, and now serve as the primary IT business partner at Planet Fitness Global HQ, supporting 2,700+ domestic franchise locations across every layer of the technology organization.
I'm equally comfortable in a boardroom and a server room. I own the strategy, build the roadmap, manage the budget, govern the vendors, and still know how to get into the weeds when the situation calls for it. My emerging focus is practical AI adoption: I serve as steward of AI learning and enablement, apply Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Automate daily, and build AI-assisted applications hands-on, including a Windows app developed as a proof of concept for our next-generation POS platform.
Career Arc
The creative foundation is why the executive presentations, dashboards, and training materials actually work.
Planet Fitness, Global HQ
Serves as Senior IT Business Partner for domestic operations across 2,700+ franchise locations. Owns the club technology roadmap, leads cross-functional programs spanning POS modernization and national deployments, and partners daily with Product, Development, Operations, Security, and Finance, leading Agile ceremonies, roadmap prioritization, and UAT and release readiness. Acts as senior escalation point for major incidents and serves as steward of AI learning, training, and enablement across the organization, including hands-on AI-assisted development.

Enterprise IT Director responsible for US and Canada IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management, and operational excellence across 175 locations. Role required 30 to 50% travel across U.S. and Canadian locations. Led strategic transition from 100% MSP-managed IT to a hybrid internal and MSP-augmented model, managed multi-million-dollar IT spend, and built internal service delivery capabilities from the ground up. Led IT infrastructure buildouts for new club launches and remodels, partnering with construction and real estate and coordinating cabling and low-voltage vendors against facilities schedules.

Led enterprise infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation, transitioning Princeton from a fully outsourced MSP and on-premise environment to an internal, cloud-forward hybrid IT model across 36 locations. Hired and developed direct reports as the IT function grew from a single-person operation, architected migration to Microsoft 365 and Azure, served as primary IT owner of Entrata, the core property management platform, standardized network and cabling standards across the portfolio, and provided monthly roadmap reporting to the C-Suite.
Princeton Properties
Worked closely with the SVP/CMO managing the company's online presence, digital media, and branding. Served as SME for Property Management Software, built and cataloged a media library from scratch, and modernized the company's digital footprint across 30+ properties.
EBSCO Publishing
Three years across technical support and marketing coordination roles. Served as main technical contact for 250+ high-value customers across 9 states and Canadian territories, providing advanced product support. Also coordinated inter-department RFP responses and managed strategic marketing campaigns.
I'm drawn to roles where IT leadership means more than keeping the lights on, where I can build, translate, influence, and deliver at scale. I thrive in organizations navigating growth, modernization, or operational complexity.
